man hdparm.

Kaustubh

Hi Kaustubh,
thnx for directing me to the man page of hdparm. Let me say that I had
looked that up before & wasn't able to make sense of the man page. As had
played with few GNU/Linux distros. before hence had some idea but seriously the man
pages need to go through some user-friendliness.
Anyway did :-
sudo hdparm -d /dev/hda & got ouput as dma on. while the same for cdrom was not
on hence gave
sudo hdparm -d1 /dev/cdrom & got as dma on. Hopefully I've done them right.
thnx for the help again.
