hi, There are various ways to achive what you want! here are some links
1) Impliment LDAP/Radius or Ldap+Radius in the network and then auth the user against it. for Squid and samba both. 2) Create A login Script for Windows/Linux which will run when User Login,There home Should be mounted from the samba server /NFS server 3) Use Ldap Auth For Logging to Windows and linux server !
