Are you able to view any other sites like http://maayboli.com/?
What distro you are on?
Still, the best thing would be to contact the webmaster/support on the
site and ask them about the problem. The issue could be as simple as
installing a font or as difficult as installing Indic language support.
Most modern distos have Indic support though, so most probably, you only
need to install a proper font.
