Dear FN, With due respect to your initiative of spreading very useful news/initiatives and also on your professional media reporter skills, I still think this mail IS OT.
There was some discussion on the BCS mailing list(I think) related to e-governance. I had given some pointers on various groups on e-governance which mention proprietory softwares. After that, those mails were suddenly stopped!!! I think most of us today have a very wrong notion that all the "e-things" related to Government are FLOSS only. Please correct your views on this. check out many e-groups on e-governance and similar topics. they are not necessarily against proprietory software but they are neither pro-FOSS. ....just some views.... -Sudhanwa On 3/3/06, Frederick Noronha (FN) <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Off-topic.
