We need to remotely access a linux machine
which is inside a LAN in U.S. Webex is a possible
solution but it is very expensive whereas other
options such as GoToMyPc, PcNow and LogMeIn work on
windows host system only.

We cann't use telnet / ssh directly as the machine is
behind NAT. We are not allowed to change the setting
of their server.

We normally use Webex or RemoteSupportHost to connect to a windows system,
and use putty from the windows system to connect to the linux machine.
