Dear All,

I am having a system with Sata HDD, and 512 RAM, and its a 64 bit system
I m trying to install Suse 10 on it, It is getting installed properly
but after that when it reboots and try to go on GUI it "stucks"
When and where does the gui get stuck.

Guess you are having D101 Mother board. Its Display cards is not supported. Drivers for only Mandriva are available at http://www.intel.com/design/motherbd/gc/gc_drive.htm?iid=linux_driver-d101ggc_eng

Now when I try to install fedora 5 on it, it shows unsual screen, but
its working properly in text mode. but again not working in GUI mode

to clue, but let me give it a shot. i would need the output of the
command below

lspci
lspci -nn

also, attach /etc/X11/xorg.conf, and /var/log/Xorg.0.log file.

Cud anybody pls tel me whats the reason, and which OS should I use to
overcome this problem,

Thanks,
Vikrant
