1. Would have PhP programming/ web development skills, and would be looking for a job. Experience is flexible, but should obviously be good at his/ her job, and should be willing to be in Mumbai. 2. Would have preferably done a MBA in Marketing, and have spent a couple of years in an online company ideally developing products and features for an online audience.
