Is there anyother distro that I could try? Since this is my work laptop I would need to connect to Cisco VPN too, has any one have experience with that?I thinking - I *should* try (without keeping getting my finger burnt) is Fedora, also few of my servers are going to have red-hat soon.
Save yourself the pain and install Fedora Core 6. FC7 would be out within a couple of months now, so you'll also get a quicker update, and you also have yum. You can also try Mandriva 2007 if you want multimedia to work out-of-the-box. -- ______________________________________________________________________ Pune GNU/Linux Users Group Mailing List: ([email protected]) List Information: http://plug.org.in/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/plug-mail Send 'help' to [EMAIL PROTECTED] for mailing instructions.
