Hi ,
Some one ask me to take care for " legality of restricted formats " .
Please suggest me I want to include "xmms" and "mplayer" with all
needed codec in CS Ubuntu Distro . Is this Legal in India ?
If no them suggest me some alternatives .
They are since patents on software is not valid in India. However
win32codecs aren't and you would need to use ffmpeg.

Thanks .
So we are free in India .
Lets hopes India won't accept "patents on software" .

Keep your eyes open. There is continuous lobbying on the front.
