5.1.1 is good enough. The DVD does contain a lot more software like Java etc. However, there is one catch that I recently found out. If you are using a live knoppix DVD and you decide to install Knoppix on your hard drive, then it copies the entire uncompressed image which is around 8-9 GB. This takes a very long time and a lot of space too(Granted it does install lots of packages) HTH, -Devendra. -- ______________________________________________________________________ Pune GNU/Linux Users Group Mailing List: (plug-mail@plug.org.in) List Information: http://plug.org.in/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/plug-mail Send 'help' to [EMAIL PROTECTED] for mailing instructions.
