This may be a stupid question...equivalent of jumping from the third floor instead of first testing from the first one... nevertheless..
i have installed ccs tools (Tomoyo Linux) just now mdv 2009. it said in upgrade info that you need to run #/usr/lib/ccs/init_policy.sh before reboot or system won't be able to boot next time... good lord... now it also says go through kick-start page located on tomoyo.sourceforge.jp now the interesting part... kickstart page says run #/usr/lib/ccs/init_policy.sh --file-only-profile ... being a newbie in these matters.. i searched for what is this --file-only-profile and could not find it (obviously... hence i am here) in the mean time i followed the first directive of being a stupid gineapig... and issued #/usr/lib/ccs/init_policy.sh which is completed... now i am wondering if i need to #/usr/lib/ccs/init_policy.sh --file-only-profile again before reboot? ... waiting for the answer till next reboot or the darkness whichever comes first :-) happy Mandatory Access Control Linuxing to me... for the day... -- ______________________________________________________________________ Pune GNU/Linux Users Group Mailing List: ([email protected]) List Information: http://plug.org.in/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/plug-mail Send 'help' to [email protected] for mailing instructions.
