Evaluated SugarCRM 5.x last year for a very short period. The GPL version of SugarCRM has some missing features. One of them is team module. All the details within the system (leads/contacts) are visible to everyone. eg : If someone is given the "view leads" permission then he can see all the leads in the system. The paid version has the "Team" feature where a lead can be assigned to a team and only those members within the team are able to see that lead. Dont know what is the current situation.
