http://beagleboard.org OMAP with ARM Cortex A8, USB, OpenGL ES, DVI-D, SD/MMC, S-Video, Stereo In/Out and yes, it already runs Ubuntu. Trivia: someone created a hobby project of a solar powered computer based on beagle board. Consumes 3.55 Watts.
