Hi,
Lets start with the very basics.
1. Press this key combination of Ctrl+Alt+F1.
2. Repeat same above combination, but function keys F2 to F7.
3. You should see a 'login' prompt. on doing one of the above key combinations.
4. Login using your username & password.
If you are able to do so; then revert back with the result.
