i have disabled ipv6 protocol in firefox by setting network.dns.disableIpv6 to 
true
and that works 
i am getting regular speed while browsing on firefox

IPv6 is sometimes the culprit for this issue. I don't recollect how to
revert the settings to IPv4 on the top of my mind, but I am sure a Google
search for reverting to IPV4 should point you in the right direction.
