Hi, I think Linux MINT is a good option as well. Its Ubuntu based derivation but comes loaded with almost everything. First two conditions of yours can be solved, but for last part if your smart phone supports USB storage mode, then i think it won't be trouble. I have been using LinuX Mint as my Desktop for last 2 years without much ado. Try it though.
