Try

sed -e 's/_/ /g' inputfile | sed -e 's/^ *[^ ]* //' | sed -e 's/^\(.*\)
.*/\1/' | sed -e 's/ //g' > outputfile

Not sure if there's a way to do it without piping it so many times.
