Just for completeness, in archlinux, you have 3 repos. core, extra, community. Testing for each is separate repo. And the whole thing is rolling release. No milestones Just tracking core/extra/community stable, one gets everything latest and greatest without worrying about breakage. Things do break occasionally but nothing that needs to hand-patch and build the packages. diff/patch/merge config files(this is very routine BTW) and reconfigure suffices. -- Regards Shridhar _______________________________________ Pune GNU/Linux Users Group Mailing List
