I noticed many if not all mirrors don't have the updates/tumbleweed subfolder so anyway it has to pull from the main server in Germany. On top of that I see that my connection is slow to servers outside India if using a single thread/connection but if I use multiple connections to download say the ISO then I get full speed so my ISP's link is not helping. Indian mirrors are fast for me but like I said the updates folder is not available. Anyhoo thanks for the response. >
