It doesn't work for me! the virtual NIC can access all other boxes on the
network, but not the host NIC. Did you have IP forwarding turned on in
your kernel? I don't (have no use for masquerading). I'm using a "Celeron
570" (hehehe) with 256MB RAM and a crappy Realtek 8029 NIC.
