Subscribing to the PLUG mailing list does not automatically mean you are a
member of PLUG. You have to apply for PLUG membership, fill out an
application form, etc. You can apply for membership during the PLUG
meeting, but since you are not able to attend, I still don't know how
to apply for membership in your case...maybe the officers of PLUG could
decide on that.
