[plug] themes help

It's just now that I'm using X. Anyways, I'm using E as my window manager.
I've downloaded BlueSteel themes. I was able to make use of this themes but
the title bar doesn't seem to take effect. I still see the default title
bar. All the colors like for the taskbar has taken effect, but not for the
corners of my window/dialog boxes. How do I do it?
