When registering to download free software, Netscape gives a
list of countries, and to select Philippines, one has to traverse
several panels of listboxes, and usually, the 'Philippines'
selection scrolls too fast for my old clumsy mouse finger.
Is there a way to ask Netscape to show each panel slowly so we
can go to a panel which has our selection, without playing
cat-and-mouse (er .. mouse and panel)?
