i think you can do this by setting up ip masquerading on the dialup server (or any other server that the dialup server can access). since you're setting up masquerading the other way around, i think you'll have to use ip alias on your lan (ewan ko, theoretically...). after this set the proper routes on the dialup server so 192.168.* can access the internet/ it would be much cleaner of you created the mail server your masquerading server and use a 486/low end pc for dialups. use radius/portslave for your dialup. http://www.skyinet.net/~onogos/docs (look for the portslave howto. hmm...this is actually a good idea, most dialup accounts do not really need individual public ips....unless they use irc... hope this helps.
