Me and someone from UP Institute of International Legal Studies/Law Center
are hosting a new mailing list here - [EMAIL PROTECTED] Since
she is a Law Student who is interested in IT and Internet issues the idea is
to have a roundtable forum to discuss issues like:
* telco regulatory stuff
* e-commerce and taxation
* open source
* privacy
* censorship
* patents and Intellectual Property Rights
and other issues you may think about =)
Hopefully if this succeeds we can spin this out into "real life" discussion
too, and it will help push our legislation and other policy matters towards
greater responsiveness to the users' (us!) needs.
