[plug] [OT] postfix question....

hi...

i've been seeing this line on my /var/log/maillog...
Mar 23 16:45:06 localhost postfix/local[7435]: warning: biff_notify:
Connection refused

i'm using postfix-19991231-pl05... what config file should i edit for
this message not to appear in the logs?
