I've got it, Just copy the folders of Netscape into /home/user/nsmail/folder.
Overwriting the original folder on linux with windows file, then once you open up
netscape it will automatically create a new index file for the said foreign file.
I'll just have to migrate my .pst file to netscape file. Got it.
