i have tried it with two linux connected to two different ISPs. and it
works. pero, i couldn't remember the setup anymore. But it's easy. I've used
IP-to-IP tunneling and the other one is via ssh. The latter is more secure
but a bit slower.

private network-----linux --->
isp1-----internet----isp2<-----linux-----private network
