This seems to be a virus - as far as I can tell, it takes over Outlook (or
other mailer, not sure) and looks for open port 25s on the user's SMTP
hosts. It then forges the e-mail to look like it came from Microsoft. Look
at the headers, you'll see it comes from some other ISP.

I've also seen another version (this one with Spanish text) which forges
the email to appear as if it comes from [EMAIL PROTECTED]

There seems to be a rash of mailer viruses lately.
