For Dumaguete - I know that one of our Linux99 speakers, Mr. Chaz Vidal
(from IBM), is from there.
There's another point, more than half of Mindanao can speak and/or
understand any one of the several visayan dialects, that makes them one BIG
potential target.
Anyone from Sutigao, Cagayan de Oro, Butuan, or Zamboanga?
