#Net2phone requires a user to install the software before calls
#can be made. 1800 calls are free but calls to other numbers are
#charged. Dialpad uses Java (I think) and the calls are free.
Dialpad uses Java but depends on the JVM port of Microsoft -- thus it only
works with IE. The Dialpad applet uses MS-JVM's extension for calling
native methods.
