Roxen WebServer 2.0 & Platform 2.0 ---------------------------------- Roxen 2.0 is ready. The focus of this release has been to open Roxen, so that it can easily be used together with other systems. This has resulted in support for internal Java modules, PHP4 support, support for commercial databases, XML based RXML as well as a native FastCGI interface. The RXML parser has undergone major changes; RXML 2.0 is no longer fully compatible with older RXML, since it uses XML syntax. However, the RXML parser can be run in a RXML 1.3 compatibility mode, in which all old RXML pages will work. Finally, the update server has been resurrected. It will be possible to download updates and fixes from within the Administration interface of Roxen. In the future you will be able to download third-party software as well.
