Hear all, let's get cracking at stopping this virus from spreading. Below is a
sample postfix filter that will bounce messages with the virus subject
signature.
for Postfix (thanks to the postfix mailing list!)
enable header_checks in main.cf:
header_checks = /etc/postfix/header_checks
in /etc/postfix/header_checks:
/^Subject: ILOVEYOU/ REJECT
/Content.*LOVE-LETTER-FOR-YOU.TXT.vbs/ REJECT
admins of Postfix sites, i suggest you do this now, rather than pick up the
pieces later.
Those of you in the know of qmail and sendmail, do contribute your
ideas as well.
