Hi. I've found a way on how to filter out incoming mails using qmail.
This technique will only work for qmail with users defined in qmail server.
I'm still finding my way out since I've got a different qmail setup/issue.
Mine is, Qmail as an email gateway. So no users on my qmail server.

Anyways, eto na at madali lang.

1. create a file $HOME/.qmail then put
| preline /usr/bin/procmail

2. create a file $HOME/.procmailrc then put
:0
* ^Subject:.*ILOVEYOU
| (formail -brt ; \
echo "I'm ignoring your mail because you're a loser." ;\
echo "Your letter was automatically rejected." ;\
echo "Go away or I shall taunt you again." ;\
   echo ""; \
   echo " -me" ;\
  ) | $SENDMAIL -oi -t

3. Try restarting your qmail services.

If you've got a thousand users, then make use of awk, grep, cp and so on.
Usually, it will take just one line of command and via pipes

This technique is properly working. If you got any idea on how I can solve
it using my qmail issue, please also share.

voila!!!
