[plug] Block these

guys,

anyone knows the port that ICQ and MIRC uses?
and how can i block this ports? or block ICQ and MIRC..

i tried putting this into my rc.local

/sbin/ipfwadm -F -p deny
/sbin/ipfwadm -F -f
/sbin/ipfwadm -I -f
/sbin/ipfwadm -O -f
/sbin/ipfwadm -F -a deny -b -P tcp -S 192.168.0.0/16 -D 0/0 1026:7000
/sbin/ipfwadm -F -a deny -b -P udp -S 192.168.0.0/16 -D 0/0 1026:7000      
/sbin/ipfwadm -F -a m -S 192.168.0.0/16 -D 0.0.0.0/0  

but it does not seem to work...

i want to block the whole 192.168.X.X ip add.
what did i missed?
