AboveNet is pretty good, but they're more of a backbone provider than a
hosting provider (n.b. SourceForge is hosted on AboveNet).
For hosting.. I checked this out some time ago and I think Pair is pretty
good (Toms Hardware Guide is hosted by Pair). You might also want to check
out Simplenet. They have this neat setup where you get your own DEDICATED
server (a Cobalt RAQ) for about $250 a month.
