Took me a while to look at this Yet. I guess I would call NetMAX "Linux
Network Appliances." This is an excellent idea and one that others - most
noteably the Linux Router Project (LRP) - have been working on. There are
freely available network appliance packages to be found on the 'net. So
since you are on this list and probably know a little Linux, I wouldn't
jump to dish out any money.
This also strikes me as a possible money-maker for someone who wanted to
take the time to develop one of these packages, package it with a CD (or
floppy) and manual and sell it.
