I used to use Quios <http://www.quios.com/>. It was great but then local
providers barred texts from it since I think a month or so ago. I use
AirCall <http://www.aircall.ch/> now, and it works great. Straight to the
point URL: <http://www.aircall.ch/SMS/test.asp>
You'll have to keep going back to that webpage (by using the address field
of your browser) after every send, and you only get three texts per IP per
day.
