If you're using the 1.0beta of xtradius, it has some bugs in it.
I've extracted the 1.0beta patch against cistron 1.6.1 and
managed to port it to the latest version of cistron which is
1.6.3. Grab the "up-port" patch cistron163-xtradius1b-mmj.diff
and the bugfix patch xtradius1b-bugfix-mmj.diff and apply them
(in that order) to a virgin cistron 1.6.3. Or you can have the
whole package, xtradius-1.0beta-mm1.tar.gz, altogether. The
