Hi,

i have set the NIC to jumperless already with irq 10 and i/o address 0x280

doing netconf is the same right? i have tried setting the irq and i/o with 10
and 0x280 respectivly (configuration of the card)
but it did not work. I notice that when i execute the netconf command again, the value
for the irq and i/o is already gone. why?

How do i check if that irq and i/o is already used by other devices?

During boot up, when the initializing network card interface is always
failed...

>i don't quite trust linux's pnp yet, especially when it comes to NICs.

        Ic..

>good luck.
