[plug] problem regarding imwheel

[clemen r. canaria]

my wheel mouse functions well with Eterm and other gnome apps...but with
netscape 4.3, it wont work, why? did i miss something.

my imwheelrc do have some lines for netscape, but still wont work.

btw, im using mdk 7.1
