You do, but you don't have to worry about it. The WAP-to-HTTP gateway is
taken cared off by the GSM-WAP provider.. In your case, that would be
globe. So at the WAP application provider level (e.g. you with scribbled
WML pages), you do not need to worry about how the transport layer deals
with it, you just use it.
