when you did it for redhat, were you planning to dual-boot...coz I'm not
sure if windows will handle it correctly...I once had some problems with
having hda1/hda2/hda3/hda4,...etc, partitions. than doing the default
which is hda1, then jump to hda5...
although the one used for partitioning is slackware and not redhat...
