The standard places to look are
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/glibc/
ftp://prep.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu/glibc/
ftp://sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/glibc/
Since glibc-2.1.3 is already here, no one uses 2.1.1 anymore.
If you already have 2.1.3, it will work in place of 2.1.1.
