Basic Assumption: Source and Destination Drives are IDENTICAL models.
1. Make a Linux floppy boot disk
2. Boot off the Linux floppy
3. Assuming the Source drive is /dev/hda (Primary Master) and the
Destination is /dev/hdb (Secondary Master)
cp /dev/hda /dev/hdb
4. Wait for at least 15min/GB (depending on your CPU)
You might need to reconfigure lilo on the Destination drive to get this
booting properly.

P.S.
I read this somewhere in www.linuxgazette.com
