The problem is not getting in touch with the SMTP host I'm planning to use
as a relay (smtp.pacific.net.ph). The problem is that Pacific's SMTP
server doesn't allow relaying even from a member of its network. Argh. So
when I attempt to use it as a relayhost (and yes, I'm using Postfix too) I
get a bounceback with the error.
