You must have skipped (?) the ./config or ./config-fast portion
of the qmail installation.  ne-link.net should be added in the
rcpthosts control file so that qmail smtpd will accept mails for
this domain (see error below).  This should be fixed right away
since the box is your secondary mx -- or else, some messages for
your domain will bounce back.

Also, I'd highly suggest installing postfix instead of qmail.
It's much easier to install and I'm sure you wouldn't miss
obvious misconfigurations like this one. =)
