You can get it by subscribing to Oracle's Technet and they'll mail it to
you, along with around 8 other assorted CDs (8i for NT/2000, JDeveloper,
WebDB for NT and Linux, Forms and Reports, etc).
I have the Enterprise Edition Release 2. The CJI (Crappy Java Installer) is
actually supposed to work in this release ;-). I'm about to try it out on
one of our development boxes.
