It's free (for < 8 CPUs) but you have to pay $75 to get it shipped to you.
No downloads available. I think that's funny since I was never billed for
my Solaris7 (Sparc+Intel). I would only consider buying it if it comes with
hardcopy docs (Solaris7 did not) and a compiler.

Since the software pirates are just as prolific as ever (even pirating
software given away for free), you might find a copy at Virramall. I seem
to recall seeing a pirated Sun Workbench and Solaris2.6 for Intel there
before...
