having the ip range without a connection doesnt make sense. generally if
you get a 64k or more, you get a class-C with it. i think the entire lot
(/24) will cost you about 1000-1500US if you get it from moscom. note that
you're just RENTING the ip range for the duration of your connection
contract, the IP's do NOT become yours.
